Top 5 Fragrances 2016

I've managed to whittle my fragrances down to my 5 favourites! 

So in no particular order....

Chanel - Chance 

As you can tell I do love this one a lot as I've used a lot of it! I tend to wear this when I'm going out in the evening, for like a date night or out with the girls. I think it's a very sophisticated scent and I feel confident when I wear it. 

 

Chanel - Coco Mademoselle 

I use the mainly in the day time as I find it light and summery. It was quiet expensive so I do use it quite sparingly, but I love it!

Jo Malone - English Pear and Freesia

This again is a very light and summery scent and I generally wear it in the day time, I do tend to keep it for special occasions though, does anyone else do that with perfumes? 

D&G - 3 L'imperatrice

Now this has been my signature fragrance for about 5 years now, but this is only my 3rd bottle so it last a long time! I love it still to this day, again it's a daytime fragrance as it's very light and easy to wear all day long. 

Yves Saint Laurent - Black Opium

I bought this whilst in Paris last year so everytime I wear it, it brings back memories of walking down the Champs Elysees! This fragrance is great for wearing in the day and at night!

January Love List

Makeup 

Ted Baker Eye Palette 

I got this palette in a gift set for Christmas, I was pleasantly surprised about how great this palette actually is. I've been wearing it so much, the colours are really pigmented and stay on all day! 

Charlotte Tilbury Lip Gift Set 

Lipstick - Bitch Perfect

Lip Gloss - Sweet Stilletto 

Lip Liner - Pink Venus 

I have been loving this gift set, I think that these are the perfect pink nudes! I've been non stop wearing them!

Charlotte Tilbury - Bronze and Glow

I've been very, very happy with this beaut of a product so far! I especially love the highlighter so much, it's subtle yet noticeable, such a gorgeous shimmery shade! I love it! 

Charlotte Tilbury - The Golden Goddess Luxury Palette 

I have loved wearing these shades this month, they are so pigmented and gorgeous! I find that each shade lasts the whole day, which is always good! Who wants disappearing eyeshadow!? 

Fragrance 

Jo Malone - English Pear and Freesia 

I can not describe how much I love this scent!! I've been wearing it daily and can't get enough of it! It makes me feel happy when the weather is so crap and cold outside! I have already found myself testing out other fragrances in the shop.. I think there's an obsession starting.. Pomegranate Noir next..

Technology

Fujifilm Instax mini 8 - Light Blue

I have enjoyed taking it back to the old school way of taking pictures this month, actually having a hard copy of a memory! I would definitely recommend this little Polaroid camera!  

I think I'm in love with my IPhone 6s Plus! I would never go back to a normal sized phone again! I really can't get over the new battery life..it's amazing!! It actually lasts longer then half a day..woo hoo!! 

It's also a much better way of watching YouTube videos too! 

Gym

Nike Free 5.0 - Black and White 

These shoes are so comfortable, i wear them every time to the gym and out and about! I would defo recommend them! 

Sony Foldable HeadPhones - White and Silver 

Love these head phones! They're so good for when I'm at the gym, listening to my music in my own little world! Great sound!

Favourite Winter Warmer •Food•

This has to be one of my favourite meals right now and it's so easy to make! I made this meal up and I don't measure anything so just judge it by how you want it! 

Stuffed Red Pepper with Lentils and Feta

You will need:

1& 1/2 - 2 red peppers 

4-5 mushrooms 

Ready cooked Black Lentils (I found mine in waitrose) 

Cumin powder

Coriander powder 

Garlic powder

Coconut oil 

Feta

Pine nuts (optional)

Pre heat oven fan 180c 

1. Wash red peppers, cut top off and take the inside/seeds out! Cut the other pepper up and put into a mixing bowl, cut up your mushrooms and put into the bowl. Add in the cumin,coriander and garlic powder ( like I said before I don't really measure but it's about 1tsp of each add more if you want!) add in the lentils,  some coconut oil about 1tbsp, and pine nuts (optional) then mix together. 

2. Cut a little hole in the bottom of the whole red pepper so excess moisture can come out in the oven. Then rub some coconut oil around the outside of the pepper. 

3. Cut up some feta as much as you want. Then start spooning the mixture into the pepper, I usually fill in half way up then add in some feta put more mixture all the way to the top, and add some more feta on top. 

4. You will probably have some left over mixture so I usually just put it in a small baking tray and add some more feta onto the mixture. Place the pepper onto a baking tray and put both trays into the oven. 

5. Cook for about 25-30mins checking on it regularly. It may need a bit longer. 

6. Plate up and enjoy!!
