Current Book I'm Reading

I am currently reading Amelia Freer's nutrition book, Eat.Nourish.Glow. 

So far I would say this is the best and most inspiring book ive ever read! 

She explains about all the different aspects of health, diet and nutrition, putting it all into prospective and helps you understand where you are going wrong. 

It's a very easy read with not much professional jargon, which is great! 

It has taught me so much about food, diet and nutrition that I just didn't know before. I have begun to make small changes in the way I eat already just by reading the first few chapters. 

I would 100% recommend this book!!
