Mixed Frozen Berry Smoothie

This was very delicious, quick and easy smoothie to make!

You will need:

Mixed frozen berries
1 whole banana
Small handful of red grapes
Fat free Greek yogurt
Nuts of your choice (optional)
Smoothie blender

You can use your own measurements for this as I created it from the top of my head, so it's to your preference!

Directions:

I weighed out 80g of mixed frozen berries into the blender, then added a whole banana and a small handful of red grapes. I then measured out 50g of 0% fat free Greek yogurt, wizzed it all up together and poured the smoothie into a glass and added oats and almonds on top!

Hope you enjoy this recipe!

A Day Out in Bath

I love Bath, I love everything about it, from the shopping to the beautiful old buildings. I tend to come here a lot as it's only 20 minuets on the train from where I live.

Yesterday when we arrived we stopped off at Jacobs, a lovely little cafe next to the Roman Baths.
I had a delious vegan banana and peanut butter cake, and a green tea, to help kickstart the shopping spree!

Then Primark happened I'd not been into the Bath one yet, but it was great, everything was on the rails and in its place, and didn't feel like a jumble sale!

I found these fab silk like vest tops for £4 each, I thought they'd be really handy to have them, either to wear them casualy or dress them up with a chunky statement necklace.

I then saw this really pretty stripy cross over top, which was only £8.

I then fell in love with this camel cape/cardigan. They only had it left in size large, but when I tried it on it didn't look too oversized! This was £14!

I picked up the pretty navy blue kimono for £10!

I then found the sunglasses section, and ended up buying these three pairs!! But they were a barging after all;

The top turtle shell ones were £1
Middle turtle shell ones were £2
The black ones were £1.50

The mug was £1.50 which I picked up whilst queuing!

After Primark we went to the department store called Jollys (which is House of Fraser premium store) and bough myself my first Mac quad!

The lighter shade is "all that glitters" but I can not remember the darker shade, and it doesn't tell me anywhere on the packaging!
The box was £5
The two eye shadows were £10 each.

We then went to Prezzo for lunch, I had a king prawn, tomato chilli spaghetti dish!

After lunch we did a little bit of sight seeing, starting at the Cathedral and the Roman Baths, then walking around to the Weir.

So lucky it was such a beautiful spring day, can't wait to return soon!
