What's In My Hand Luggage

I'm flying to America on Wednesday for just over 2 weeks, and I'm very excited! 

So I thought I show you guys what I'm taking in my hand luggage, this might not be very interesting but I thought I'd show you the basics of what I will take on board with me...

I'll be taking my very trusty Mulberry Bayswater as my hand luggage, I've had this bag just over a year now and find it great for fitting lots in and holding a good weight, very sturdy! 

I'm taking my Nikon D3100 with me to take lots of great photos with! I have had this camera for about 4 years and I love it, it takes great quality pictures! It has been to lots of different places with me so I couldn't leave it behind!! I've also packed a selfie stick as this is essential these days and an apple charger. 

As I'm going to America obviously I need to take a lot of money but this can be risky to have a large amount on you at one time so I've got a travel many card from Thomas Cook. I also have a small amount to keep me going until I need more! I got the purse from h&m about a year ago, mainly for the fact it's rose gold! But it's a great size so I thought this would be perfect to take. 

I'll be taking these headphones that I actually bought from Lidl for £7.00 and they are the best headphones I've ever had! There is also a connection point for another pair of headphones so we can share what we're watching! They also fold up so can be packed away nicely. 

And of course I'll be taking my iPad with me to put photos onto whilst away, and  watch programmes whilst on the flight,as inflight entertainment isn't always that great. 

My mum bought me this journal for my birthday which I'll be filling in whilst away and hopefully take it with me on future travels! 

I will probably not be bothering to wear any makeup whilst on the plane as I always feel and look horrible during a long haul flight, so I decided to pack some essentials to try and make me feel as human as possible...

Face wipes 

Moisturiser 

Hand cream

Concealer 

Deodorant 

Shower gel (for when I get to my hotel) 

Hand sanitizer 

Mirror

Nail file
